Included In Kit
1 Glass smoking stand
1 Glass infuser carafe
1 silicone stopper
20 smoking pellets
How it works
Place glass stand on a stable flat surface.
Place wood pellet in glass stand.
Light pellet. For new pellets, let burn for 30 seconds.
Blow out pellet and quickly place carafe upside down on top of the glass stand to collect smoke.
Collect smoke for ~1 minute. Lift carafe off of glass stand and then use the silicone stopper to trap smoke.
Prepare cocktail ingredients separately.
Once cocktail ingredients are ready, remove silicone stopper and pour your cocktail into the carafe.
Place the silicone stopper back onto the carafe and swirl carafe for 30 seconds to 1 minute to infuse the liquid with smoke. Swirl longer for a smokier infusion.
Remove silicone stopper and pour your cocktail into your favorite glass and enjoy!
